These Terms and Conditions, along with all related agreements, apply to your use of our website and any purchases you make with us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms.

• “You,” “Your,” and “Customer” refer to the individual visiting our site and/or making a purchase.
• “We,” “Us,” “Our,” and “The Company” refer to Miamo Wholesale Ltd.

All references to offers, order acceptance, and payments relate to the services and transactions provided to you as the customer. Engaging in a transaction with us indicates your acceptance of these terms.

For customers purchasing goods for export outside the UK, the following terms apply: the minimum export order value is £50. To qualify for VAT exemption, goods must be collected by a reputable shipping company. The shipper must provide a Collection Note along with a Bill of Lading for air freight or a Shipment Certificate for sea freight.

We accept cash, UK debit cards, and bank transfers. Funds from bank transfers must be cleared and visible in our account before we release any goods. We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.

Goods must be collected by the appointed shipping company within two weeks of purchase. Full payment must be received by Uniscends Ltd. before any items are released to your freight agent.

These terms are part of the agreement between Miamo Wholesale Ltd. and the customer. By using our website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms listed above. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
